NAUSHERA KA SHER

A 50-minute tele-film commissioned by Ministry of Home Affairs on the life and sacrifice of Brig. Mohammed Usman, MVC, who died in 1948, fighting against Pakistan. The film has been shown several times on various channels of Door Darshan.

PAKISTAN KHABARDAR, HUM KASHMIRI HAIN TAIYAR

A 30-minute docu-drama on the civil resistance in Kashmir in 1947, before the arrival of the Indian troops in the Valley. The docu-drama was shown on the Door Darshan national network on occasion of the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Instrument of Accession. It has been repeated at least a dozen times on various channels of the Door Darshan since then.

BAPU TUM HUM MAIN JEEVIT HO

A 30-minute documentary on the martyrdom of Mahatma Gandhi and the relevance of Gandhian Philosophy in today’s world. The documentary was telecast by the national channel of Door Darshan on the occasion of the 50th death anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.

TAARIKH GAWAH HAI

A six-episode serial of 30 minutes each commissioned by the Door Darshan on the 50th anniversary of India’s Independence.  Each episode presents a famous historical trial of pre-Independence. The serial covers the trials of Bahadur Shah Zafar (1858), Lokmanya Tilak (1908), Ali brothers and Shankaracharya (1921), Mahatma Gandhi (1922), Bhagat Singh (1942) and I.N.A. (1946).

CHANGING FACE OF INDIAN COUNTRYSIDE

A 30-minute documentary commissioned by the Ministry of External Affairs. The documentary projects the achievements and advancements made by the nation in the rural sector. It covers eight of the Indian states, namely, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala and Tamil Nādu.

EK DUNIYA SARHAD KI

An eight-episode serial of 30 minutes each commissioned by the Door Darshan on behalf of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The serial projects the general life and heroic deeds of people along the Line of Control and beyond, starting from Sangam in Akhnoor sector to Chushul and Partapur in Ladakh
